If you engage us, the following information is collected:

  • Form of address, title, first name, surname
  • Address
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
  • Fax number (if required and available)
  • Account data if applic.
  • Date of birth if applic.

In addition, all information that is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract with you.

Your data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Par. 1 (b), Art. 6 Par. 1 (c), Art. 6 Par. 1 (f) GDPR.

4. Recipient or categories of recipients of personal data

Your personal data is forwarded to:

  • In the case of contract clients, for billing purposes to order-processing companies such as Carrier Transicold or your contract partner.

5. Forwarding of personal data to a third country

There are no plans to forward your personal data to a third country.

 

II. FURTHER GENERAL MANDATORY INFORMATION

1. Description of processing activity

The data protection statement is provided in connection with contract preparation and order processing. You are obliged to provide your data. This obligation arises from the German Commercial Code (HGB) or the contract. EIGRO Transportkälte GmbH requires the data to be able to conclude the agreement/contract with you.

2. Data source

We have obtained your data relating to the system data from Carrier Transicold or your contract partner.

3. Duration of storage of personal data

Your data will be stored after collection for as long as this is necessary in compliance with the statutory retention periods. Retention obligations arise in particular because of obligations under tax or commercial legislation.

4. Rights of the party concerned

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

If your personal data is processed, you have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).

If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR).

If the statutory requirements exist, you can demand erasure or restriction of processing and object to the data processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).

If you consented to data processing or there is a contract regarding data processing and the data processing is carried out using automatic processes, you have a right to transferability, if applicable (Art. 20 GDPR).

If you make use of the above rights, we will check that the statutory requirements are fulfilled. To exercise your rights, please contact our data protection officer. If you have any complaints under data protection legislation, you can contact the competent supervisory authority.
